Who do you need to schmooze before and after!
The first person you meet! For various reasons, parking, unloading, loading etc… sweet talk them and you are already winning before the event has even started.
2. Your designated event manager
Always a tough one and most of them have restrictions like all venues do. Say thank you a lot! And we really appreciate your help before they’ve even helped. Ie. Make it happen
Tend to be not always looking at the clock and time so get them a coffee and they will speed up. Also have all the tools in the van if you need any extra sound bits on the day.
Always be thankful, and as they say Teamwork makes the dream work!
